Glazed unit being bonded into moulded PVC door with 2mm HSA. With the use of the extensible 'production aid' film liner, the tape can be easily curved around the glazed section. The film liner also allows for accurate placement of the glazed unit before exposing the adhesive - once correctly in position, the film liner is simply removed from between the door skin and the unit to achieve the bond. |
