From the wide range of product log stock we currently hold, it is possible to produce a specially designed bonding or sealant component to suit our customer’s specific application requirement.
- Rolls – cut to any width (1.6mm up to full log width – 1metre or wider)
- Pads or Strips – any size with easy peel release paper
- Bobbins – Long length rolls ideal for extrusion lines
- Diecut shapes – any shape to match receiving components
- Special Laminations - any of our adhesive products laminated to our customers choice of substrate
These product presentations can then further enhanced with the use of special release liners to improve production efficiencies.

Rolls
Cut to any width. Logs 1 metre down to narrow widths. Can be supplied with paper or 'production aid' film liners. |
Pads
Cut to any dimension. Either spaced on the roll, or butt cut with 'fingerlift' paper edges for ease of liner removal. |
Sheets
Cut to any size, with multiple pads or diecuts, for including in 'flat pack' packaging. |
Diecuts
Cut to any shape to suit your application, with specifically designed release liners - tabbed, dry edged and 'butterfly', to allow for selected exposure of the adhesive area, and to aid the removal of the liners for increased productivity. |
Laminations
Adhesive applied to choice of substrate and then converted into the required shape to match receiving components. |
Bobbins
Long length rolls (1000 metres), ideal for extrusion manufacturers allowing for minimal roll changes - cut to any width to match the profile. Supplied with 'production aid' film release liners. Applicator available for applying the tape inline. |
Sheets of pads
Any dimension or quantity per sheet. Ideal for 'flat-pack' packaging. |
Diecuts within Diecuts
To minimise the wastage factor. Various shapes can be included in the waste scrim, to make effective use of the adhesive material. |

Production Aid Liners
These siliconised liners allow parts and substrates to be put together and correctly aligned before exposing the adhesive. Once in the required position, the film liner is simply slipped out from between the two surfaces, and bond instantly occurs. |
