Sometimes, very infrequently, we do have complaints. Occasionally our product or service is at fault. More often the problem is caused by another material, or by the application conditions. In any case our priority is clear; to resolve the problem and get you back to full production as quickly as possible. We are uniquely placed to achieve this, as we have our own laboratory and technical people.
