Technibond provides a tested and widely-used solution for bonding and sealing the window cassette on composite doors:

Techniflex

Techniflex all acrylic tape is the high performance option. We recommend Techniflex on darker coloured doors, which can be subject to significant thermal movements when exposed to the sun.

  • Withstands flexing and movement caused by thermal expansion
  • Very strong bond, no possibility of foam splitting
  • Best applied in the factory
  • Butt joins at the corners will self-seal
  • We recommend Techniflex THB, 1mm, 1.5mm or 2mm thick
