Adhesive Tape doesn't just come in rolls! We can cut most of our tapes into just about any shape and size, from standard square pads to large complex custom diecuts. Ready-cut tapes speed up production and eliminate waste. We can even provide easy release features for faster application. And they are ideal for distributing to outworkers or field engineers.

Cut to any width. Logs 1 metre down to narrow widths. Can be supplied with paper or 'production aid' film liners.

Cut to any dimension. Either spaced on the roll, or butt cut with 'fingerlift' paper edges for ease of liner removal.

Cut to any size, with multiple pads or diecuts, for including in 'flat pack' packaging.

Diecuts

Cut to any shape to suit your application, with specifically designed release liners - tabbed, dry edged and 'butterfly', to allow for selected exposure of the adhesive area, and to aid the removal of the liners for increased productivity.

Long length rolls (1000 metres), ideal for extrusion manufacturers allowing for minimal roll changes - cut to any width to match the profile. Supplied with 'production aid' film release liners. Applicator available for applying the tape inline.

Any dimension or quantity per sheet. Ideal for 'flat-pack' packaging.

Diecuts within Diecuts

To minimise the wastage factor. Various shapes can be included in the waste scrim, to make effective use of the adhesive material.

Production Aid Liners

These siliconised liners allow parts and substrates to be put together and correctly aligned before exposing the adhesive. Once in the required position, the film liner is simply slipped out from between the two surfaces, and bond instantly occurs.
