Efficient plastic extrusion needs to be continuous and uninterrupted, with little supervision. It is essential that the tape unwinds perfectly, never breaks, and that the release paper or film stays in position without any pre-release. But when the user comes to remove the release film or paper, it has to remove quickly and easily.

Film liners

Film liners allow the extrusion to be placed into position before exposing the adhesive. Once correctly aligned and tightly in contact with the receiving surface, the film liners can be easily pulled out and bond instantly occurs.
