Conformable PVC foam sealants providing effective water, dust and air seals, along with insulation and vibration damping.
Techniseal is a range of self adhesive foamed PVC dry sealants, available in a variety of densities and thicknesses. The foam is adhesive coated on one side to allow application to one surface, with the opposite face lightly bonded to a paper liner to prevent stretching during application. After application, the paper liner is removed.
Techniseal can be cut to any width and is also available in pad and diecut shaped formats.

TS 110
Grey or Black Low Density Foam
Thicknesses: 3 mm, 4.5 mm, 10 mm and 15 mm thick
A very soft PVC foam air, dust and weather seal. Particularly suitable for sealing large or irregular gaps and for use on thin materials which could be distorted by higher density foams. TS 110 will conform easily to uneven surfaces.

TS 220
Black, Grey and White Medium Density Foam
Thicknesses: 3 mm, 4.5 mm and 6 mm thick
A general purpose PVC foam sealant used as an air, dust and weather seal. TS 220 can be cleanly drilled through for mechanical fixing and offers a good balance between sealing performance and compressibility.

TSB 330
Black High Density Foam
Thicknesses : 1.5 mm, 3 mm, 4.5 mm and 6 mm thick
A high density PVC foam used for high performance water and weather seals. Particularly suited to heavy duty sealing applications, thin joints and diecut gasket formats. Also acts as a spacer where required.

Techniseal 330
TSB 330 Diecuts
Supplied in diecut format to match the shape of the required component seal. Provided in sheet form to ensure shape integrity without distortion of the foam seal during handling or application.
