Technibond has Low Energy Taped

Two recently launched adhesive tapes from Technibond have been developed to provide high performance bonding with low surface energy materials.

• T577 high performance tissue tape is based on an acrylic adhesive and offers excellent tack, strong adhesion and good shear performance. The tape is exceptionally water and temperature resistant and ideal for bonding with low surface energy substrates and rough surfaces, including foams, intumescent materials and high gloss coatings
• ERA “Toffee Tape” has now been upgraded.  The extruded rubber adhesive tape bonds perfectly with low surface energy materials and membranes such as LDPE (low density polyethylene). It also copes easily with Correx board and other heavy duty applications.
